Saanich project – May 2016 to April 2017. This house was sold in May of 2017. This was a massive renovation that included building an addition (garage and master suite) and lifting the house to create a 9-foot ground-level floor. The house was not in living condition when we purchased it and this may have helped us actually get the house because the Victoria market was so crazy! We are really happy with the way this 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom family home came together!
